MergeEm is a service that allows you to merge data from your Notion databases into Google Docs. MergeEm is owned and operated by Incrementic Limited, a company incorporated in Jamaica.

2. Use of Services

The Services allow you to merge data from your Notion databases into Google Docs. You may use the Services solely for your own lawful purposes. You may not use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit others from fully enjoying the Services.

3. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their "look and feel," are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer the Services, or attempt to access the related source code.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, databases, documents you create using the Services ("User Content"). However, by using the Services you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, modify, reproduce and distribute User Content as reasonably required to provide the Services.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain Services may be subject to fees. MergeEm will provide you with pricing details before any payment is due. You must pay all fees in full and on time. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you may not: (a) violate any laws, third party rights or our policies; (b) use the Services in relation to illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive activities; (c) compromise the security or decompile/reverse engineer the Services; (d) resell or repurpose the Services; or (e) use automated means to access the Services.

7. Third Party Services

The Services may contain integrations or links to third party services. We do not control and are not responsible for such third parties. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall MergeEm be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Termination

MergeEm may suspend or terminate your access if we have a good faith belief that you violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid Services will end and we may delete your User Content associated with such Services.

10. Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica where Incrementic Limited is incorporated. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction of Jamaica. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect...
